Job Description

As a COMSEC Lifecycle Lead, you will execute a variety of critical lifecycle management functions to support our mission and the broader COMSEC enterprise. You will apply both technical expertise and program management skills to ensure the integrity, availability, and security of communication systems through rigorous oversight of equipment and keying material.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Role: Functional Lead of COMSEC Operational Work centers. Responsible for day-to-day leadership of a geographically dispersed team of COMSEC work centers. Responsible for aligning effective execution of work center tasking, problem resolution, and cross-organization communication.
  • Lifecycle Management: Identify and monitor requirements for COMSEC equipment and keying material across their entire operational lifespan.
  • Logistics & Account Management: Support COMSEC logistics and provide direct supervision of COMSEC account management, ensuring precise inventory and safeguarding of assets.
  • Enterprise Support: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on the proper handling, storage, and distribution of cryptographic materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in COMSEC operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
  • Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI with CI Poly clearance is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in COMSEC lifecycle management, including electronic key delivery and physical equipment/key handling.
  • Proven track record with COMSEC accounting systems (e.g., DIAS, LCMS) and on-site/remote work center leadership.

The salary for this role is 150,000-190,000 annually. We offer a comprehensive total rewards approach to compensation, providing incentives and benefits that extend far beyond the base salary.
